Theory of Change Workshop on Road Traffic Accidents and Traumatic Brain Injuries

Dr. Rakhshi Memon recently conducted a Theory of Change (ToC) workshop at Sunset Club Karachi, focusing on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Road Traffic Accidents (RTA). The session aimed to create a comprehensive framework that outlines the key factors contributing to the prevalence of TBIs in road accidents and the potential interventions to address these challenges. Through collaborative discussions and evidence-based insights, Dr. Memon and the participants worked to map out desired long-term outcomes, identifying strategies for prevention, early intervention, and rehabilitation of TBI patients. The ToC approach enabled a systematic exploration of how targeted actions could lead to improved health outcomes and safer road conditions in Pakistan.
