Samuel holds a PhD in Public Health at Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. He is a Public Health Professional and Researcher, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with experience in Health Promotion and Education, community mobilisation and development, health systems, and on-field qualitative and quantitative research. He has extensive experience in Public Health Study designs, project implementation, data collection, analysis and report writing. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health, England and member of the International Union for the Scientific Study of Population (IUSSP), France.
