Dileep Kumar is a public health researcher and global health communications professional with over 18 years of experience across academia, international NGOs, and healthcare sectors. At Manchester Global Foundation, he leads global research coordination, communications, and international partnerships across projects in the UK, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Uganda, Nigeria, and other low- and middle-income countries.
He also works with the University of Manchester and he also coordinates activities for the Global Mental Health and Cultural Psychiatry Research Group (GMHCP). His interests include global mental health, implementation science, digital health, research dissemination, and health inequalities. Dileep holds an MPH, B Pharm, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health (FRSPH), UK. His professional interests include digital mental health, implementation science, health inequalities, evidence translation, and community based health interventions aimed at improving global health outcomes
