Uroosa has just under five years of experience working in the media industry across multiple disciplines within advertising. On top of her day-to-day work, Uroosa worked tirelessly on diversity, equity, and inclusion within and outside of the workplace to foster inclusive environments and help others build a better quality of life. Her dedication to DE&I and collaboration led her to many opportunities within her company which she has decided to utilise in a more fulfilling role. As of now, Uroosa is putting her efforts into breaking through into the charity and human rights sector to create meaningful change wherever possible.
